Cannot Trade in Live Account

Hi All,

Have been using NT7 for several months in simulation mode - all great and works just fine.
Funded my account with NT Brokerage - set up CQG live account.

Connect live data from either FXCM or KIneticks connect to Live Trading Account through CQG - Select Live account in Chart Trader or in DOM. Place trade/s. Trades do not plot on charts and do not show in positions.

This problem only exists in the live account and not in the SIM101 account.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
