Chart not showing up with esignal feed for MCX

hi
No chart for mcx india exchange. Here are the sceen shots of how I set up symbol.
New to it so may be messing up things, please help.

Hello,

Since the MCX exchange is not listed in the Instrument Editor, it is not officially supported in the platform. Sometimes you can force the exchange by entering it the way you have in your screenshot, but this is not always guaranteed to work. Just to be sure, I've tested a variety of setups with different ESignal symbol mappings for this instrument, but none of them resulted in success.

Although the MCX exchange is not supported, the NSE exchange is, so you should be able to add Indian stock instruments, if you wish, but you may not have any luck with other MCX futures instruments.
