Hide Indicators?

Often I don't need all my indicators on the chart at any one time. Is it possible to "Hide" indicators so that they don't show on the chart, and then "Unhide" them again without the need to set up all the parameters again?

I could do this with templates I suppose, but that would be very cumbersome and I would need many (confusing) templates.

Unfortunately there is no setting that allows you to hide an indicator in NinjaTrader 7. This will be supported in NinjaTrader 8.

You could set the indicator plots to a transparent color in NinjaTrader 7.

If it's an overlay: just set the colors to 'Transparent'

If it's an oscillator: do the above then delete the indicator name in the indicator box and change the panel to '1' or 'Input Series'.

This should do the trick.

On edit: Jason and I answered at the same time. It's good hear that, at last, hiding inds will be possible in NT8.

This feature has been added to NinjaTrader 8. All of our development focus is on NinjaTrader 8 at the moment, so this will most likely not be implemented in NinjaTrader 7.
