InfinityAT & the DJ Eurostoxx 50

Several months ago I got an email letting me know that a new contract had been added to my InfinityAT account. It was the The Dow Jones Eurostoxx 50. It is on the Eurex exchange and a symbol of FESX (and I suppose FESXM8 for the current contract). I am connected to Patsystems using Ninja and can't get this symbol to chart. Is there something I am doing wrong, is my Patsystems connection not able to access this exchange? Any help would be appreciated. When I try to connect to the instrument I just get a blank screen with blank indicators. Thanks...Armand

Hello Armand,

When connected to Patsystems, please go to Tools-->Instrument Manager and click the Pats-button in the upper right corner.

Check if you can locate the FESX in the list. This list displays all instruments you are authorized to trade. If the FESX is not listed, you will need to contact your broker and have them authorize you to trade it.
