Historical Data Error

I am in a sim NT account connected to live forex data through Kinetick. I am trying to load multiple years' worth of minute data (not tick) and I'm getting an error "Error loading chart data for '$XXXXXXX Default': Error on requesting historical data: No more data to read". I have also gotten the error "Error on reloading data: Error on requesting historical data: No more data to read (Panic)"

I've not once had a problem downloading years of minute data in forex and now all of a sudden this is happening. I would appreciate any help that one could provide.
