Tick charts missing data

Hi

I have posted a problem i have with tick chart data, i have been advised that ninja is investigating the matter but since yesterday nobody has contacted me yet , can some one advise me maybe i should change my data provider from Rithmic to CQG ?

I would recommend getting familiar with this new format of data as all data provider will be required to switch this.

Hearing from some users that Sierra Charts is saying the actual tick data is still "embedded" in the new format and they will be breaking it out. If that's true, perhaps other vendors will follow suit.

I've been looking at CQG tick charts vs. TradeStation charts. Apparently TS not yet switched over. They paint about 3x as many bars as CQG, so it's a huge change.

I have also compared Rithmic and CQG with trade station and think or swim and apparently both of them havent switched yet and trying to get the right data is becoming a mission
