Charts not loading

Hello,

My charts are not loading data. Control center is indicating I am conected to data provider (I can connect to Gain or My data provider EFX...same results for both. Formating data series with todays date does nothing. I am using version 6.5.1000.1.

- please try Tools->Options->Misc->Reset Instruments
- are you by chance trying to load daily historical data -> this is not yet supported by the NinjaTrader data server

No, only intra day data, 15min & 120 tick, I will give the reset function a try and see what happens, thanks for the quick response!!

OK, after reseting I am now getting data, why would this happen for future reference? it was on any instrument I tried by the way...

Reset instrument resets the instrument mappings.
