Automatically entering an Auto Chase order at a specific time

I want to set up an order to buy 10 ES contracts that will automatically trigger at precisely 9:30:35 with a limit price at the bid at that time minus two ticks as a trailing limit order that will go up if the market goes up but stay put if the market goes down.

I have tried using Auto Chase with the trade Session Manager but I am new and lost and assistance will be greatly appreciated.

This would not be possible with an ATM strategy. This would require a custom automated NinjaScript strategy. If you do not know NinjaScript or do not have the time, a 3rd party NinjaScript Consultant could do this for you.
