Instruments disappear

When newly installed, NinjaTrader has a long list of instruments in the Instrument Manager, starting with 6A. At some point, the majority of those instruments no longer appear in the instrument manager. Why? How can all instruments be restored? How does one prevent this from happening in the first place?

Thank you for your post. What data feed are you connected to?

When connected to a data feed, the Instrument Manager will then only display the commodities supported by that connection.
