Unable to connect to Ninjatraderlive acct and CQG data feed

    Unable to connect to Ninjatraderlive acct and CQG data feed

    I am having problems connecting to my live account (I get the following message: Login failed: Network connection to the order routing system is unavailable). Do you know how to resolve this? I am not worried now but I will be anxious if I still have this problem at the London open. Thanks for your help.

    Please advise if you continue to see the same error, this should just be a message regarding server maintenance.

      I have the same problem with my connection. From 11am CET I cant connect to Continuum. Same message: "Network connection to the Order Routing System is unavailable" (NoError appears in the Log)

      Any help? Is it because we're on sunday?

        I turned off my router and turned on again and now it works without any problem.

          My CQG connection has not been steady the past week or so. In the box on the lower left in the workspace, my connection goes orange and then red several times in a day. Anyone else experiencing this lately? Just trying to verify if it's my internet provider Comcast's connection or CQG.

            You can send us a note at platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your log and trace files and a description of your inquiry and we can investigate these intermittent connections further.

            You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
