i am trading in behalf of my husband.He has a life time licence from ninja trader but we had a low money so we just trade a demo account this time.But suddenly our there's no live market and the charts not moving or the superdom has no market its empty.We tried many times to email ninja support but no answer. What we do ? Please help

Regarding your inquiry, what data feed are you connected to? This is shown in the lower left of the Control Center in green.

What instrument have you selected? If applicable, please include the expiry (Example: ES 06-15).

Hello just let you know that i resolve my problems for a live market trading. All i have to do is registered to CME which i did not know before. Any way thanks guys.
