Static SuperDOM Fee?

I was wondering if there's still a fee for using the Static SuperDOM. Used to be 10 cents. I have an account with AMP Futures and I'm setting up commissions in NT and don't see any additional fee on their commissions page. Thanks.

Does this apply to SIM trading and when using Market Replay Data for practice?
