CLR20r3 error

Hi,
I'm installing NinjaTrader 7 on an up to date install of Windows 7.
I get the following right after it exits the splash screen at startup.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
Problem Signature 01: ninjatrader.exe
Problem Signature 02: 7.0.1000.27
Problem Signature 03: 54ee2b57
Problem Signature 04: NinjaTrader.Core
Problem Signature 05: 7.0.1000.27
Problem Signature 06: 54ee2b75
Problem Signature 07: 2e7c
Problem Signature 08: 2d
Problem Signature 09: System.ArgumentException
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.4
Locale ID: 1033

I tried repairing the registry, no luck.
