Workspace Close doesn't work

Hi,
I've been periodically having trouble saving and closing workspaces. When I go "File -> Exit". It prompts me to save workspaces, but when I ask it to save or not save it still never exits the application. Additionally, some times when I close a workspace, it will remove it from the open workspace list but it doesn't close any of the windows.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello GrumpyTrader,

Please follow the steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader, you will not lose any settings or files with these steps:

In NinjaTrader go to Help > License Key and copy your license key
Close*NinjaTrader
Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs.

From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 7 and click Remove.

Once these steps are completed, download NT7 from the link below, you will need to enter in your license key to enter in your license key to reach the downloads page:
