Charts Stuck - Connection good DOM updating?

I just had a problem where the connection is good, DOM is still updating prices but the 2 charts I have open are stuck/frozen.

I've never seen this before. No errors in the LOG tab on the Control Center.

How can this be? This is very concerning. Frozen at 15 minutes ago.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

I think I know the problem now. After 45 minutes it updated the price. I had created a custom session and I think I must have something wrong.

I'll let you know if I need further assistance but at the moment I think the problem of my own doing.
