    Using EMA's for different time periods in single chart

    I've done some searching on this, but can't find an adequate answer. Here's what I want to try: Using a 1 minute or 5 minute chart with an EMA from a 15 minute chart. Is there a built-in indicator to do this or will I need to try writing/modifying one?

    Thanks for your post.

    Yes, it would be possible to use a 15 Minute EMA on a 5 minute chart, however you will need to first add the 15 minute data series to your chart.

    Once you have the 15 minute data series added to the 5 minute chart, you can add the EMA indicator and change the 'Input Series' to the 15 minute close. You can then overlay this EMA onto the 5 minute chart by setting the panel to the same panel as the 5 minute chart.
