Interactive Brokers provider not showing

I have TWS and NT installed and am trying to connect the two. I am following the tutorial on this site located here:

But on step 9, I do not have an Interactive Brokers provider listed at all.I have:

Barchart.com
ESignal
CQG
Google
IQFeed
Kinetic
Yahoo


I have tried running TWS and the TWS gateway api, but to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks.

You License Key is enabled for CQG and not Interactive Brokers. Please contact platformsales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com for information on converting your License Key or upgrading to a Multi-Broker License Key if you prefer.
