Auction Dashboard data requirements

I have found Acution Dashboard on the Ninja Trader Ecosystem and am on the trial period. I've written to the vendor for support on a few questions but have not heard back. It's been a week since I first asked for support and there have been a few questions since but again, no response. I've answered most the questions myself but I still don't know what data provider allows me to back-fill the charts. The data required would be for Level II, tick and bid/ask data.

Does anyone have more information on this?

Auction DashBoard License Purchase

Hello,

Yesterday I purchased a lifetime license from the folks at auctiondashboard.com. But they need to activate the license and I can't get a hold of them. They are not responding to my numerous emails. I don't see a phone number on their website. This is not how a NT Partner should be doing business.

Does anyone know how to get hold of them?
