Alternate OpenTick server feed

I was recently given the opportunity to use the new Beta feed from OpenTick and would like to be able to add it to my account connections list but this does not currently seem possible.
Excerpt from opentick email:

If the platform or software is capable of changing the source in which you receive the data, direct it to beta1.opentick.com and beta2.opentick.cominstead of feed1.opentick.com and feed2.opentick.com Your current username and password will work with the new system.

Any chance of getting advanced options in the account connections menu or is there currently a way of accomplishing this?
