Chart not active

I have the USDOLLAR chart loaded and on screen with a FXCM data feed but the chart is static and not updating with price?
any ideas why this isnt happening please

Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)

Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center related to this instrument? If so, what do those errors report?

Please select USDOLLAR in the Orders tab of the Control Center window. After selecting the instrument do you see updates in the bid, ask and last price fields or is 'n/a' shown here?

I am using Ninja 7

The Bid/Ask and Last are all n/a

log says FXCM feed: Failed to subscribe to instrument '$USDOLLAR': Unknown OfferID/bad symbol map

Hello,

Please double-check your NinjaTrader version number in the Help > About menu. If you are not using the 7.0.1000.27 release of NinjaTrader please shut down NinjaTrader then update to the current 7.0.1000.27 release of the software via this link: http://ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

After installing please restart NinjaTrader. Before connecting to any data source please open the Options menu. (Tools > Options) In the Data tab, click the 'Reset Instruments' button then restart NinjaTrader. Finally, reconnect to your data source and reload data.


If you are already using the current 7.0.1000.27 release of NinjaTrader I would recommend that you contact your broker to confirm that real-time data for this instrument is enabled on your account.

I can confirm my version no is7.0.1000.27, and reset instruments as you described. Restarted Ninja and set up again reconnected, but data doesnt seem to be real time as you say.

I'll email the data provider and see if real time data is enabled on the account.
