BF-B, BRK-B stock imports

Hi, I cannot add these instruments since - is not allowed character, thus I cannot download any historical data of these stocks. tested on yahoo.

Thanks for posting today.

These instruments are provided by default within NinjaTrader providing you are connected to a data feed that has data for these stock instruments. In the instrument manager, please search for "BF" in the name field, or "Brown" in the description field to bring up the BF B (Brown-Foreman Corp) symbol. Please search for "BRK" in the name field, or "Berkshire" in the description field to bring up the BRK B (Berkshire-Hathaway) symbol.

When adding an instrument to the master list, the "master instrument" field cannot have special characters, however this is just the name in NinjaTrader and should not affect the actual mapping of the instrument.

Please follow the instructions below to add an instrument in the NinjaTrader 7 Instrument Manager.

• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Instrument Manager
• Press the "New" button
• Enter instrument specific information and select the appropriate exchange.
• Fill in any relevant information under the "Misc" tab, including the symbol mapping for Kinetick
• Press the "OK" button

For example, the CBOE PUT CALL VOLUME RATIO is added with:
Master Instrument: (user defined name) NYSETICK
Instrument Type: Index
Tick Size: 0.01
Session Template: Default 24/7
Symbol Map: Kinetick: VRCT.Z
Exchange: Default
