CQG Connecting but no data is coming in

    CQG Connecting but no data is coming in

    This morning I can connect to CQG but no data is coming in. I've shut down Ninja and reloaded but no luck. Any one else have this problem?

    Hello Taddypole,

    What instrument(s) (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

    Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      Hi Christopher,

      The instrument is CL and the expiry is CL 05-15

      In the Log... it is flipping from connection = connected to connectionLost.

      But on the chart there is never any price or Bid/Ask updating...

          Okay...

          I shutdown and reset everything. Now I cannot connect on both my machines. I have CQG on one machine and Ninja Trader Continuum on the other.

          Machine CQG:

          Failed to receive login message response from SecBuf.(NoError)

          Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (HDS10.NinjaTrader.com/31654): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time

          Machine Continuum:

          Connecting to NinjaTrader data server (HDS10.NinjaTrader.com/31654)

          ble to connect to NinjaTrader data server (HDS10.NinjaTrader.com/31654): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time

          A NinjaTrader Live Account: Network connection to the Data Server System is unavailable.(NoError)

            Hello Taddypole,

            It sounds like you are having serious*connection issues.

            I would recommend*contacting your ISP.

            The NinjaTrader Continuum and CQG connections are up and running.

            We are not receiving similar*reports from other users and are able to connect on our end.

              Yes, I'm working with Centurylink right now. It is a problem in the Phoenix area. Spotty connection.
