How to use Kenetick?

I tried connecting to Kinetick (EOD - Free) for the first time today. NT says Connected - Kinetick in the green box but my charts don't populate. I even changed some of my charts to day. I think I don't know what I am doing with Kinetick and could use some help. Any suggestions or pointers? I'm taking a break from live trading for a while and Kinetick will be my only data for a while. Thank you.

Thank you for your post. What instrument and expiry are you loading? Example, ES 06-15.
In addition, what interval is selected, and what bar type?

I opened a new chart w/ ES 06-15 daily. I now have daily bars showing. Even though it is end of day data, is it possible to use it for shorter time intervals such as hourly or minute?

With the end of day connection, no, you won't be able to load those intraday charts. However you may request a demo account from NinjaTrader Brokerage in order to get intraday futures quotes.

Thank you. I don't know if they'll be willing to give me a demo account. I recently took all my money out of my NT Brokerage account. NT Brokerage is the best IMHO but I consistently lost money trading. I'd love to keep experimenting with trading and a demo account would be ideal, but I don't know if they'd be willing to give me a demo account.

Thank you for your reply. There is a limit to the number of demos one user can request, but the demo system doesn't take into account any other information regarding accounts. Feel free to request a new demo account. The demo account will expire after 21-days, at which point you may request another one if it is still needed.
