    Chart is not showing

I subscribed Crude Palm Oil Futures listed in Bursa Malaysia Derivatives from eSignal, and setup the instrument in Instrument Manager, with these settings:

    Master Instrument: FCPO
    Instrument Type: Future
    Tick Size: 1
    Currency: Malaysia Ringgit
    Point Value: 25
    Margin Value: 5000
    Sim feed start price: 2142
    Merge Policy: Do not merge
    Exchange: Default

    Symbol Map for ESignal: MPO|BMD

Contract Month ( I defined 8 for now):
    04-15 (2/15/2015, rollover)
    03-15 (1/15/2015)
    02-15 (12/15/2014)
    01-15 (11/15/2014)
    12-14 (10/15/2014)
    11-14 (9/15/2014)
    10-14 (8/15/2014)
    09-14 (7/15/2014)

However, in File>Chart, I can't view any contract from and below FCPO 03-15. When I type 'FCPO 03-15' to the chart, it seems like downloading data as viewed from the bottom right corner of status bar, but after loading, nothing appear.

I already set the chart end date to earlier day like 1/1/2015, which the contract is still valid, but bar is still not showing.

There is nothing in Log tab too.

    Any misconfiguration?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

This is likely occurring due to a combination of two things: the contract being expired, and the fact that you do not already have historical data for this contract in your database. You will not be able to pull fresh data for an expired contract, but if you already had the historical data in your database, you would be able to view the stored data on a chart.

Just to be certain, please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 1295905

Also, please send me your configuration file, so that I can test the connection further on my end. You can find the configuration file in the C:\Users\<username>\Documents\NinjaTrader 7, and it will be named "config.xml."

I look forward to your reply.
