Big red X on chart when start replay mode

I have been charting tick charts in replay and continuously have to close and open new charts after resetting replay mode back to the beginning of the recorded session. It doesn't matter which replay session, symbol, etc. I've even closed the platform and reopened and the first replay session will go fine, then when I reset the session back to the beginning, more often than not, I get this chart X. It happens on 3 different computers so far.

I've only seen this on my windows xp desktop 32 bit. Really strange. Haven't seen it in a long time though. Not sure if a new workspace or different restore solved it .
