Back up NinjaScript Assembly

I had purchased and installed an indicator from ProfessionalSpreadTrading, the site has been down for some time and there is no response on their support email. Assuming they are gone for good, this was the only cointegration indicator available for NT, so I am deeply concerned about the indicator that I purchased and what will happen if my computer dies, or I move onto a new one.

Will File=>Utilities=>Backup, backup the Ninjascript assembly and retain the licensing for this indicator, all in all will this indicator still be there and function on a new NT install? As you can imagine this is not something I want to test in order to find out.

Thanks for your note.

Ideally, this would be the case when you select "NinjaScript files" when backing up. However, if such a situation arises and a new PC would have to be used, it is still likely these indicators would not function. Many vendors of these custom add-on's use a PC's machine ID for their vendor licensing, which is specific to each PC.
