NinjaTrader application has stopped working

Hello Ninjatrader Team,

When I start Market Analyzer and load my own specific instrument( total of 500). After I tell it to do some calculation. I get an error that says "NinjaTrader application has stopped working " Here is the full error:

I have a windows 8 and I have intel I7 with 8g ram and 120gb ssd hard drive. Furthermore I tried running ninjatrader it with 32bit and 64bit

Please advise how to fix this issue. Thank you

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20150408.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20150408.txt"
