No strategy performance

Hello,

I have a trading system in my ES chart, my NT is connected to CQG, but when I tried to see the performance of this particular trading system the Strategy Performance is not showing any, like there is NO system attached to the ES chart.

What am I doing wrong?

Which performance are you viewing? Historical, Real-Time or Real-Time And Historical?

None of the three, the Strategy Performance is black but does not have the arrow pointing to the right to open up the sub-menu...

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
