Displaying Expired Contracts

Hello,

I am having some difficulty viewing historical data from expired contracts when opening up a chart. I've tried going to the Historical Data Manager, downloading data for an expired contract (ES 12-14 for example), and then opening up that contract in a new chart. All I get is a blank chart that reads "loading data." Downloading the data appears to be working, since I can export downloaded historical data into a proper text file without any issue.

From poking around the forums, it appears that often the issue is downloading minute data and then opening a tick chart or vice versa. I'm downloading minute data and attempting to open a minute chart.

Thank you for your post.

Please right click within your chart-->Data Series and confirm you have an "End date" that corresponds to this expiry such as the rollover date 12/11/2014 then click Ok.

Please let me know if the issue persists after changing the End date being used.
