Can I have 2 charts up, and draw on both simultaneously?

.... while being able to see both charts together. One chart is a candlestick, the other is OHLC. I can draw lines on both charts simultaneously, but I have to switch between chart settings to be able to see the other chart. I would like to find a way for it to be more streamlined or convenient.
    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

As an alternative to changing the chart settings to switch between charts, you could instead open a second chart with the other chart type. This would effectively allow you to switch quickly between the charts without having to change settings .

Well that brings me back to my original question. Can I draw on one chart, and have the drawings appear on the other chart? Otherwise I will have to be drawing lines twice.

        Hello,

        Thanks for your reply.

Drawing objects can be applied to a specific chart (local), or to all charts of the same instrument (global).

To enable a global drawing object:

        1. Apply a drawing object to the chart (see the "How to draw on chart" section above)
        2. Access the drawing object's properties (see the "Understanding drawing object properties" section above)
        3. Locate the "Attach to" drop down menu and select "Instrument name" (All charts)

The drawing object will now be applied to all charts for that specific instrument as well as any new charts opened for that instrument. Global drawing objects are stored even when a chart of the instrument is not open

Global drawing objects will be automatically deleted after 20 days of not being viewed. This is done to conserve PC resources.
