IB not showing up in the list

    IB not showing up in the list

    I have new account with IB and setup IB's Trader Workstation software API settings according to NT's instructions.

    When I try to add IB connection it doesn't show up in the drop down list.

    I have not funded my account yet with IB however I can successfully log into IB's software. Is there something I'm missing?

    This likely relates to the license key which you are using with NinjaTrader. So that I may further assist please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT[ com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of your license key.

    You will find your license key within NinjaTrader's Help > License Key menu.
