Chart data not loading

Hi -- All of a sudden, my charts are taking forever to load. Actually, they're not loading at all. I'm running IQ Feed and it appears to be working correctly (with Multicharts). Any suggestions? Thanks...

Are you running any custom indicators on the charts?

Have you tried restarting the platform?

Thanks, yes, I rebooted my computer in fact. Now I have conjured up a minute chart, but I'm unable to load the charts with the custom studies I've been using, without a hiccup, for months.

Could it be a database issue?

Uninstalled NT then installed latest version. All seems to be well now!

I'm having the same issue. How did you download the latest version? And how did you check to see if you have the latest version?

In the control center, if you click on "Help" then "about" you'll see the version number. I rebooted my computer, installed the new version, and all was well.

I had same issue..closed out charts and recreated new ones issue is gone
