Is there any way to force slippage of say 0.15 ticks on every trade while in the Sim101 account?

Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply slippage to orders within the Sim101 account in NinjaTrader's current version. With that said I can see how this would be a useful option and I will forward the suggestion to our development staff for further consideration.
