Unable to Log In (10001)

I have a demo from Mirus Futures. I have been working with it for a few weeks. Often I will lose connection. I have to re-boot my computer then usually it will come back up.

Today it happened again about 6:00 PM est time. I have tried several times. I keep getting message unable to log in (100001). Any idea hat I need to do? I have had trouble of this nature often since I have been trying NT. I like the program if I could just get some stability with it.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
