Can't see chart trader stop limit orders

When I first set up chart trader and was demo trading with sim I was able to right click above/below price and place a stop limit order now the only two options I get are buy/sell stop/limit but no stop limit. How do I re-enable this on right clicking the chart in chart trader?

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20150331.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20150331.txt"
