Kinetick forex data not loading

Hi,

I'm having issues with loading forex data in Ninja with Kinetick. I've never had problems before, but my automated strategies are randomly having problems whenever they try to load new forex data (I've tested USDCAD and EURUSD). Everything works fine for other types of instruments, and backtesting works fine if I already had the data, otherwise it immediately gives "Error on loading historical data (20013)". A similar error occurs if I try to download through the historical data manager. It doesn't matter how recent the data is, if it's not already downloaded I get the error.

Hello Konoakapen,

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Kinetick forex data not loading' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

In addition, please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in the email by clicking the '...' button on the right of the Attachment field.

kinetick FX historical data loading error

Hi, I am having the same problem loading historical data for FX.

main connection : Interactive brokers
historical data connection : Kinetick

please see attached error message ... the same error for any forex instrument.
