Brent crude cgq

Hi

BRN (Brent crude oil) is loading on chart. But when I try to execute my trade. It says "account is not authorized to trade QO"

The odd thing is.. The instrument symbol is BRN but the error message says QO. I asked CGQ why this is happening. They said it could be NT. They see no issue on their end. What's going on?

QO is the symbol mapping for BRN to CQG. It would be your broker who you would need to contact to enable this instrument to trade.
