    Freeze on market open

    Hi I am using NT Version 64-bit 7.0.1000.27(Live)
    My machine has a cpu running at 3.7G
    The memory is 64MB

    The machine is freezing up when the market opens(YM) It last anything from 30swecs to 1 Min and is very distracting when trying to trade as a period of computer hassle begins trying to resolve the issue, if an issue indeed exits. The only thing I can perhaps think of is the speed of the data feed. I am using NT Continuum. Any advice on how to rectify the issue appreciated.

    Hi Seaeagle, thanks for your post.

    Please start a new workspace (via the Control Center > File > Workspaces > New Workspace) menu, then on this workspace, open up a new chart with no templates or indicators applied. On this chart, does the same behavior occur during market open?

      Hi again
      I have spent all afternoon trying to manage NT rather than trading. Frustrating. Ninja now hangs on re-boot. Have tried everything I can thing of, should I re-install?

        Please send your most current log and trace files to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com so I may further review the cause of this behavior.

        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

        * The log file will be named "log.20150327.txt"

        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

        * The trace file will be named "trace.20150327.txt"

        Please include the following URL in the body of your email:
