false open position ???

    false open position ???

    when I requested a disconnect from interactive brokers a message was displayed ''you have 2 active orders and 1 open position, do you really want to disconnect ''

    I do have the active orders, but I have no open position --- which is reflected on interactive brokers. ???

    please advise

    Hi Joemiller,

    If you are trading live, I would recommend contacting your brokerage immediately to make sure your position is flat.

    If you are trading in simulation, please reset the simulator to clear these orders.

    Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from the simulation account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.

    From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    Select the "Simulator" tab
    Press the "Reset" button
