Error on loading chart data

I keep receiving the attached error when I open any futures chart such as ES 06-15. As soon as it get to the previous roll period it gives me the error.

I already tried resetting the instruments, deleting the db/cache but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.27)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

In your chart, how many "Days to Load" are selected? To view this, right click on the chart and select Data Series > Data section > Days to load.

If you change this value to a number less than 90, do you see the same behavior?

I am running 7.0.1000.27
I am using IQFeed 5.1.1.3

Minute and daily charts work fine. Can go back 5+ years

It only fails when I try to load Tick charts longer than 11 days (failing on back adjusting prior 03-15 contract).

Was working fine earlier today. The problem developed when I tried using the "Reload all historical data" right click option on my chart.

Continuous tickers (ES ##.##) work fine

This error would be caused by the tick restricted hours with IQFeed.

When requesting tick data between the hours of 9:30am ET to 4:30pm ET you will have access to 8 days of historical tick data. If you request the data outside those hours the full 180 days is available. After you request the data, it will be downloaded to your historical database and cache, and you will be able to access this data at any time.

Requesting tick data consumes an extremely large amount of bandwidth and heightens data server loads. When bandwidth or server load is elevated to high levels, the result is that all data, including live data can be slowed down.

Ok Eric, I wan't aware of the Tick data limitations by IQFeed. I'll try after hours and let you know.
