Chart not showing data

HI,

I recently had to reinstall Ninjatrader on a temp laptop while mine is getting repaired. Everything i set up and seems to be running correctly. I can see I am connected to my Rithmic account. I can see on Ninja tthe bid and ask moving for ES 06-15 but my chart(s) are not loading any data. I have tried Reload All Historical Data etc but nothing is appearing on my charts.

Any ideas?

Hello,

There are a few things that may be causing the issue. Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support (do not attach the files in the forum).
