Si and HG charting problem

I have a problem with SI and HG charts in that the current candle (on any timeframe) has a massive negative bar. I'm using CQG data and don't have this problem on any other instrument (including Gold). I use all the default settings for the instruments which are the same as gold as shown by the attached screenshot. Any help in fixing this is appreciated

Have you tried reloading the historical data?

To reload your historical data please right click in the background of your chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

If this doesn't fix the chart you can also reset your instruments.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

These two procedures should get your instrument displaying normal data.
