    Kinetick is looking into the issue.

    I have not received a bad tick anymore for the last 50 minutes.

    Maybe this indicator does not recognize modified historical data? If you experience the issue with this indicator only in FGBL 06-15 charts, it is likely related to the bad ticks.

      I do not experience the bad ticks anymore on my end. Can you please right click in the FGBL 06-15 chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'? Check if data is loaded as expected.

        Jason/NT-is there anyway I can delete the cached memory for the contract that is messing with my indicator? have already deleted the data from Hostorical data manger-should I erase the entire futures contract and then add it again?

          OK i've deleted all data from historical data manager.
          Am now reloading FGBL 06-15 contract from tools-instrument manager and it's not connecting to any feed at all.
          Same with FGBM 06-15-I think I may have gone delete crazy .....

              Reloading historical data does not work. Looks as if I've deleted the contracts off the system (even though i can still add the contracts on NT)

                Hi bootsy, thanks for your reply.

                Please take the following steps:

                *Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Options > Data tab and change the setting in the 'Merge policy' drop-down box to the left to 'DoNotMerge'
                *Reset your instruments. To reset your instruments: disconnect from any active connections (via the Control Center > File > Disconnect menu), then from the Control Center, navigate to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments' - this will restore all built-in contracts to their default settings, including restoring any deleted instruments. After the process completes, shut down NinjaTrader.
                *Navigate to the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db folder. Within the db folder, rename the 'tick', 'minute', and 'day' folders to something like 'tick.old', 'minute.old', and 'day.old'.
                *Also in the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db folder, delete the 'cache' folder.
                *Relaunch NinjaTrader, connect to your datafeed, then open up a chart of FGBL 06-15 with no indicators or templates applied. A fresh copy of available historical data will download from your datafeed's servers and will appear on your chart. If the price movements appear normal at this point, add your indicators in one by one. If you notice a discrepancy arise after adding your indicators back in, take note of this and contact the producer of the indicator in question for further information as to why it is behaving in that way.

                  Hi there,
                  That still didn't work. Have live prices back but the indicator doesn't work (not your problem I know).
                  Is there a way I could start from the very beginning-remove all traces of NT and cached memory and reinstall from scratch? Not ideal but I don't hold out much hope of support for the indicator so a complete cold reinstall might be the only way.
                  After all, it still remembered workspace settings, templates etc so whatever has gone wrong may well be embedded.

                  Thanks very much for all the support by the way.

                    Hi bootsy, not a problem, I'm happy to help.

                    To perform a complete removal and install of NinjaTrader, please follow these steps:

                    *Copy your license key from the Control Center > Help > License key menu to a Notepad or anywhere you can easily reference it.
                    *Shut down NinjaTrader
                    *Uninstall NinjaTrader using the Add/Remove programs utility in the Windows control panel.
                    *Navigate to the (My) Documents folder and rename the NinjaTrader 7 folder to something like 'NinjaTrader 7.old'
                    *Navigate to the following folders and delete any "NinjaTrader 7" folders located here if any:

                    * C:\Program Files (x86)\
                    * C:\Program Files\

                    Reinstall NinjaTrader using the installer downloaded from the following link (you will need your license key that you copied above): NinjaTrader Download

                    After this process completes, a new NinjaTrader 7 folder will be created in the (My) Documents folder containing none of your old settings, workspaces, and so on. You will need to recreate your connection to your datafeed. Here is a link to our available connection guides for setting up the connections we support: NinjaTrader Connection Guides
