NinjaTrader platform TWS & Kineteck

Hello,

I have configured the API interface to the TWS software and connect to Interactive Brokers in accordance with the NinjaTrader Support set. The TWS software then starts to produce its connection to Interactive Brokers, unfortunately, comes "failed login: timeout on waiting for TWS" after a certain time in NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader tried it several times, but it always comes "Login failed: timeout on waiting for TWS".

The TWS software downloads and establishes a connection.

I have the NinjaTrader free version.

1. Yes you can use the free version to connect to a real time connection ofKinetick if you are subscribed toKinetick.

2. If your broker has use Traders Workstation with Interactive Brokers you will be able to connect this account with NinjaTrader.

You must have standalone Traders Workstation (TWS) version 944.3 (browser version is not supported) installed

With this connection you can do simualted trading and do simulated trading with automated trading systems with the free license key. If you are wanting to trade live you will need to either purchase of lease a live license key.
