Look back period for indicator?

I suspect this is possible but i am having trouble turning this logic into code.

if Stocaststics(7,14,3) crossed below 20 within the past 5 bars then buy.

I know I can do if(Stocaststics(7,14,3)[4] < 20) EnterLong() ; but that only works on the 5th bar and not bars 0,1,2,3.

Do I have to do a loop through each value or is there a method for this?

Yes, you can use the CrossBelow() method and pass through how many bars to look back

Sample -

if(CrossBelow(Stochastics(7, 14,3), 20, 5))
