Ninjascript Interface to FXCM

I'm prepping a strategy to enter/exit positions in an FXCM account, and have a question about the quantity parameter to EnterShort and EnterLong.

I have a micro account on FXCM, where trading is done in increments of 1,000.

So if I go to my FXCM account and select an amount of 1 to trade, the result is a position of 1,000 units.

I've been backtesting in Ninjatrader with Market Replay using thousands as a parameter. For example, if I wanted to trade 5,000 units, I used 5,000 as the parameter to EnterShort and EnterLong.

Once I connect to my FXCM account, should I stop using thousands as the parameter?

Hello Micprice,

You will want to submit the total quantity of the order to FXCM.

If you want 1,000 contracts, then you submit it as 1000
