Chart Data disappear

Hi,
Some problem is in NinjaTtrader. When I connect to Demo account CQG sometimes data in chart disappear. When I disconnect CQG, data again appear. Sometimes all working good, but after few minutes data stop working and charts are empty. Is it problem in Demo data provider or is it some problem of Ninja? Is it any solution of this problem?

Thank you for your post. Based on what you're describing, NinjaTrader is unable to load data in the current workspace.

After the charts are blank, if you right click in the background and select "Reload All Historical Data," does the data refresh?

To test, if you open a blank workspace (File > New > Workspace) and a new chart (File > New > Chart) with no indicators or templates loaded, does the data load properly?

Reload all historical data is not good way. After that refresh is chart often blank. It looks like problem is really in loading data from workspace. I tried open new workspace and charts are now correct.
It is weird.
I will see how it work in future and I will report it in this post.
