Market Replay Data not historizes the data it below a year

Hello,

I downloaded the Market Replay Data since January 2013. When I replay the data is stored as historical (accessible from tools -> Historical Data Management). However, datas more old an year (18 March 2014) don't are historized

Can you tell me the reason?

Hello Michel,

Please note that the Historical Data Manager does not show market replay. It only shows static historical data you normally load in charts when connected to your data feed/broker.

You can view market replay data as follows. Once you are connected to the market replay, please right click in the market replay control window and select 'Available Data'. Click the plus icon in front of the instrument in question and you will see for what dates you have market replay data.

You can download market replay data at Control Center-->File-->Utilities-->Download Replay Data. Unfortunately you can only download market replay data up to one year ago.

I have bought datas for years market replay datas but it only show 1 year I want the backtester of ninja trader to be able to load all the market replays datas that I bought from a vendor

Is there something im doing wrong?

Thanks for your post.

I will continue assisting you with your direct email to support however I will reply here also that Market Replay data cannot be used for the Strategy Analyzer. Market Replay data is saved in a special format just for Replay. The Strategy Analyzer uses Historical Data
