Login Failed error for PAT System

Seeing this error everyday is kind of scary. I understand that PAT system price will disconnect after market closed, but I am not seeing reconnect attempt in the log, and, I am forced to restart Ninjatrader, which is very troublesome.

This error sometimes do appear in the middle of intraday trading, usually after some accidental disconnection.

So, my question is, is this the price feed problem? Is it possible for me to use other services like Kinetick or eSignal to overcome this problem?

Hello,
For the Patsystem API to reconnect you must restart.
You could conenct via Kineitck or eSignal as a workaround for this as Kinetick and the eSignal API do not require a restart to reconnect.
