Hi rwbil, thanks for writing in.

What type of chart (tick, minute, renko, etc.) are you receiving this error on? Additionally, how many days of data are you requesting? You can check this under the 'Days to load' property on the Data Series window; to access the Data Series window on a chart, right-click on the chart in question, then left-click the 'Data Series' button.

Are you receiving real-time quotes for the TF instrument on your chart? Is historical data loading correctly? If you right-click on the background of your chart, is the 'Reload All Historical Data' option grayed out?

    Looking forward to your reply.

Days to load set to 12. 1 Min chart. Reload is not grayed out. It reloads giving that error message and then loses all my live data for today. I then get Fridays data and then live data for Today but no historic data for today. I am set to US Equities RTH. Here I will reload and show you. you see I only get real time data for Today starting at 10:48

Hi rwbil, thanks for your reply.

        I recommend the following steps:

*Disconnect from both of your datafeeds
*Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Options > Data tab, set your 'Merge policy' setting to 'DoNotMerge'. Afterwards, click the 'Reset Instruments' button and let it run its process.
        *Shut down NinjaTrader
*Navigate to the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db folder
*Delete the 'minute', 'day', 'tick', and 'cache' folders
*Launch NinjaTrader, open the chart in question. It should then look more like you'd expect.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.
